Appraise yourself time to time...
But yes,
learn to praise yourself,
for those little improvements!
(PS. There's a huge difference between humility with self-awareness and arrogancy with self-centeredness)
We compare prakriti with mother goddess and womanhood,
Because It nurtures selflessly
But the uncontrolled one is self-destructive.
So, Educate your girl to distinguish between supression and gender roles,
to embrace the nature she is born with, the grace,
Cz that's her power!
Have you seen Phoenix in X-men?
That's exactly what women are!
My Anthropology teacher once said, women dream in colours while men dream in black and white!
Isn't it interesting
So the brain must be quite developed in this species..
Thus, untrained, uncontrolled, untamed woman is more dangerous than a man!
You can educate a girl,
But the girl who **doesn't know** her limits, **doesn't know** graceful self-control, conscious submission depending on the situation, and profound humility,
Is harmful
Positive changes, however small they may be, are impactful!
And, this for me is way more attractive than any high paying private job abroad!
#job_satisfaction
A friend recently spoke about an offer abroad, I declined!
Her point was, jobs like those not only offer good salary but a better lifestyle!
I was like, honey..
I have chosen this lifestyle!
Spent years on it
Not for a govt job!
But because I have my dreams for this state!
I always wanted to work in Odisha
For me, It was never about govt job!
It was always about entering into system... cz only the system provides the opportunity to bring changes easily.
And, if you are smart enough, you can actually do it without disrupting it.
Whenever you wanna cook anything, whatever it may be,
Cook it in low flame for longer hrs,
It reduces your effort and gives better results!
And this is not exclusive for cooking alone!

HORRIFIC VIGILANTISM IN ODISHA: 21 ARRESTED
A horrifying case of mob violence has shaken Rayagada district. Two 'Gram Vikas' NGO social workers—including a female SBI Fellow from Delhi—were brutally assaulted, hunted down, and nearly disrobed by an unruly mob over baseless "child-lifter" rumours.
Here is a breakdown of the chilling incident, the trauma of the victim, and the strict police crackdown currently underway. 👇
➡️ THE NIGHTMARE IN KALYANSINGPUR
On the night of June 16, 2026, two rural development workers on an official field exposure visit were navigating their way through southern Odisha using Google Maps. Due to poor road conditions, they attempted to turn back.
Suddenly, a group of local men confiscated their scooter keys and demanded identification. Despite the victims showing their official ID cards, the crowd—fueled by groundless WhatsApp/local child-lifting rumors—refused to believe them. As a hostile mob began to assemble, the terrified workers fled on their scooter.
➡️THE VICTIM'S HORRIFYING ORDEAL
The chase ended in horror. The scooter slipped and overturned near a field. While the male colleague ran to fetch the police, the female victim was surrounded by a mob arriving on motorcycles.
Anju (Victim & SBI Fellow) Reaction : "They brutally assaulted me, pulled my hair, tore my clothes, and subjected me to inappropriate physical touch. We are social workers doing community service; we have absolutely nothing to do with child kidnapping. They just kept beating us without explanation. I am still terrified... please send me back to my previous location."*
➡️THE RAYAGADA SP'S STERN STATEMENT & ACTION
Rayagada Police, led by SP Raj Prasad and SDPO Gaurahari Sahu, responded swiftly, rescuing the victims and shifting them to the District Headquarters Hospital, where they are now stable.
"Based on false child-lifting rumours, an assembly of locals chased a scooter coming from the Daringbadi area. The vehicle slipped, resulting in injuries to the occupants. While some responsible citizens tried to shield the victims, a major scuffle ensued. Police personnel responded immediately and rescued them. 21 individuals have been arrested so far and 4 criminal cases have been registered. The identification process is ongoing.": @sprayagada
The Kalyansingpur Police (Case No. 69 of 2026) have invoked multiple stringent provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023:
• Section 74 & 76: Assault/criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage modesty & disrobe.
• Section 115(2) & 121(1): Voluntarily causing hurt and grievous hurt.
• Section 126(2) & 351(3): Wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation.
Out of the 21 individuals arrested so far during late-night raids, the primary 8 accused produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate have been identified as:
1. Krushna Ulaka (32)
2. Rabi Ulaka (33)
3. Nachika Lucky (34)
4. Debraj Kadraka (35)
5. Laxman Palaka (36)
6. Shatrughana Garadia (36)
7. Besu Kadraka (51)
8. Muna Saraka (19)
Rayagada Police are currently scanning CCTV footage, mobile phone recordings, and electronic data networks to track down every remaining member of the unlawful assembly. More arrests are highly likely.
• A Critical Reminder: Fake rumors kill and destroy innocent lives. Do not take the law into your own hands.

@karanreddyy This surprises me even more that it's still in high demand, it still carries huge respect, it's still the same... Infact consider to be more privileged in today's generation!
Where as it should have been otherwise!
It's amusing how becoming an officer instantly elevates your stature among your relatives!!
In Odisha, even if there's little babu culture, still you witness a sudden change in attitude of people, when they hear you are an officer!
