पहला- जौनपुर में विशाल यादव नाम के युवक की नीरज यादव और मनीष यादव द्वारा की गई

दूसरा- देवरिया में महज़ 23 साल के मनीष सैथवार (ओबीसी) की हत्या जयकिशन यादव,नागेश यादव और चाइना अंसारी के द्वारा कर दी गई

तीसरा - गोंडा में विनोद साहनी की हत्या शुभम सिंह,आकाश सिंह और सुभाष सिंह द्वारा किया गया

Note: लेकिन अखिलेश यादव ने सरकार से सवाल पूछा तो सिर्फ और सिर्फ गोंडा वाली घटना पर बाक़ी दोनों घटनाओं पर कोई सवाल नही पूछा गया क्योकि उन घटनाओं में अपराधियों के नाम के पीछे यादव लगा था

क्या यही अखिलेश का वास्तविक PDA है?

क्या एक पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री का यही कर्तव्य है कि वो जाति के आधार अपराधियों का बचाव करे या जाति देखकर न्याय की आवाज़ उठाये ?

3 महीने पहले का पूरा मामला ये था कि एक निजी अस्पताल में प्रसव के दौरान कथित लापरवाही के बाद महिला की हालत बिगड़ गई। उसे दरभंगा रेफर किया गया, जहां उसकी मौत हो गई। घटना के बाद प्रिया ने अस्पताल संचालक के खिलाफ आवाज उठाते हुए प्रदर्शन किया। बाद में अस्पताल संचालक, जो अनुसूचित जाति से हैं, ने संबंधित प्रिया के खिलाफ SC/ST एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज करा दिया।

जिस SC-ST एक्ट के समर्थन में वे अक्सर आवाज़ उठाती रही हैं, आज उसी एक्ट के इस्तेमाल पर वे सवाल उठा रही हैं।

1. In Western world-Doctors do Daactery.
Collect degrees MBBS/MD/MS/Fellowship etc.
Become specialists/super specialist and treat diseases.
People are aware so chose a well learnt doctor.

2. In India-
-No need of any degree.Anyone can practice Any medicine.
-One odd day one Jholchaap become Autism specialist,on other day same become dermatologist.
-MSc/BA/BSc can also treat your illnesses become cardiologist one day and neurologist other day.
-Everyone is Psychiatrists/Dietician/orthopaedician/physician by default.
-MBBS has no value according to many.
-Bada saheb always visit aiims for their treatment but say all pathies are equal.

An anonymous resident from M.P. Shah Government Medical College, Jamnagar, Gujarat has reached out alleging:

• 40–44 hours of continuous duty with barely 6 hours to sleep
• During “double emergency” — allegedly 60 HOURS continuously, without even 2 hours of proper rest
• Workload claimed to reach ~140 HOURS/WEEK
• Allegedly not even ONE day off in an entire month
• Juniors allegedly expected to pay for seniors’ breakfast
• Residents fear speaking up—and allege that after complaints, they are made to sign statements saying “everything is okay”
• And if they want to quit? A reported ₹30–40 LAKH seat-leaving penalty can effectively trap them.

After recent ragging-related tragedies, HOW MANY MORE WARNINGS DO WE NEED?

Doctors are human beings, not bonded labour.

These are serious allegations and deserve an immediate, independent investigation by the Gujarat health authorities—with protection for residents who speak up.

If even half of this is true, heads need to roll. Silence is complicity.
