govt promised to increase stipend of mtech and ms students after every 4 years.Its been 5 years now. Last time stipend hiked at 2014. But now only phd students hike happened. It's injustice to mtech and ms students.

Every year IIT is increasing the semester fees, but the Stripends we are receving is same as our seniors use to get 4 years ago, but they has to pay less amount of semester fees
