क्योंकि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सभी को app चलाना नहीं आता तो क्या हम मीटर में जो amount है उसे ही सही समझे या सर्वर से connect होके ammont अपडेट होने का wait करें।

@ManishPandeyLKW बिल सुधरा तो जब से विभाग बना होगा तब से आज तक नहीं हुआ। लेकिन Postpaid में ऑप्शन तो था कि आज नहीं तो कल अगर लगे रहे तो सही बन जाता था लेकिन prepaid में तो सब पहले ही काट लें रहे हैं।

@ManishPandeyLKW कल की ही बात है मेरे prepaid balance में 2888 rs थे और अगले ही दिन मात्र 131 rs बचे जबकि solar भी लगा हुआ है समझ नहीं आ रहा कि स्मार्ट मीटर में कैसे काम हो रहा है सरकार स्मार्ट मीटर लगाए लेकिन prepaid ना करे तो उपभोक्ता के पास बिल सुधार का option तो रहे। यहाँ तो पैसा पहले ही cut

@ManishPandeyLKW बिल्कुल सही कहा आपने । जबसे prepaid हुआ है तब से solar की रीडिंग सही से calculate नहीं हो रहीं हैं क्योंकि prepaid me बिल आ ही नहीं रहा है।
