@VietjetIndia I along with my husband and fee friends had booked our flight from Bangalore to Hanoi , departing on 19 th Dec. We have made all the bookings for a 2 week vacation. We got a mail on Dec1st that our flight is cancelled , please help us with an alternate flight .

@VietjetIndia We somehow reached the customer support but they rescheduled the flight from New Delhi. I have to incur an extra 10 k for the flight ticket , another 7-8 k for extra one day stay in Hanoi, re apply my Vietnam Visa ( since my arrival date has changed and my currentvisa is invalid)

@sandeepshenoyh @joyrajwaikhom @VietjetIndia @IndiGo6E Lesson learnt brother , but the marketing these guys had was incredible . 9 Rs flight from India to Vietnam , which btw was bullshit . could never book that .But their flights were definitely cheaper than any other airlines

Filed Indian Visa Extension for my parents online through FRRO portal , its a seamless process got the visa extension in 5 working days. Though they are charging 96$ for extension which is on a higher side . Nonetheleless Kudos to the government for a hassle free experience

@rajnathsingh @PMOIndia - I have applied on eFRRO for visa extension of my parents on 17th Feb . I haven't heard from anyone after successful submission of application on eFRRO portal. Have tried all the support numbers , no one picks up the phone. #efrro

One guy in Lucknow picked up the phone and gave another number . But I cant reach anyone on the same. There are 13 service centers mentioned on the website , I have tried calling all of them none of it works. Please help. @PMOIndia @rajnathsingh
