Under the newly built Kanpur-Lucknow expressway, the water pipes are left exposed and wild. In this off season rain the roads are flooded because of all the water coming from above.

They either mute my calls for as long as I don’t disconnect or they disconnect from their side. The state of Indian consumers are with these merciless consumer companies. Like @GodrejInterio4U and @amazonIN who don’t care at all.

The state of Amazon India’s customer service is on a death bed. I have been contacting them for a product defect since 2 months now. They promised they’ll help.

Today after calling them over 6 times and waiting for half an hour each time. I literally was on call for 3 hours.

TWICE I have PAID the service visit charges. They promise they'll come back but they never. When I checked my case I'd "cancelled"
