Low energy people are often people who are out of touch with their anger.

From a biological perspective, anger is one of the most powerful ways to mobilize energy.

Anger causes us to release adrenaline, noradrenaline, and cortisol, which results in a surge of physical energy and mental focus.

A lot of people lose access to this source of energy by identifying as “not an angry person.”

Usually because they’ve come to believe that anger is inherently bad.

But no emotion is inherently bad. It’s a question of how it’s directed.

Anger often takes a destructive form because it is expressed unconsciously.

When our anger springs from an unconscious place it tends to be expressed unskilfully.

Ironically, this is why those who identity as “not an angry person” are often the least skilful with their anger.

They don’t want to admit feeling it, so they hide it from their consciousness and it comes out in veiled, petty, backhanded ways.

When anger is made conscious, it can be recruited in service of our values.

It can be used to call out and fight against injustice in the outside world.

It can also be used as fuel for transforming aspects of our inner world that are out of kilter with our values.

To reclaim our anger is to reclaim an important source of energy and can be a key part of becoming a more vital and alive person.

Masculinity is very much manufactured and taught, men don’t have a natural role outside of existing as spare genetic material so they created one. But each man’s idea of what that looks like is slightly different and inherited from whatever male figure taught him what masculinity is. Being a very hierarchical, rigid, and outward creature that lacks interiority, he will not question it. He will become the example his father taught him. He does not care about “breaking generational curses” he cares about surviving and this is the only way he knows how to. Manav Sharma Suicide Case: It is evident that Manav was under extreme influence of alcohol. It is also evident that his wife Nikita made desperate pleas to his sister to stop him who asked her to ignore.

Their dispute was over Nikitas affair before marriage. There is no proof of anything after marriage. There were talks of mutual consent divorce. Manav had herself dropped Nikita at her home on the day he died.

He states in his video that it's not the first time he is attempting this. There are no clear allegations on how his wife harrassed him as well.

Abetment to suicide is a serious charge having extremely strict punishment. From the facts available in public in this case, there is no instigation here. Infact the lady made desperate attempts to save his life.

Can't blame a woman if facts clearly prove otherwise. If it is wrong to always blame a man if a woman ends her life & subject him to criminal trial for a crime he didn't do, it is also wrong to always blame a woman if a man ends life & subject her to criminal trial for a crime she didn't do

This is my personal opinion & I have to answer my conscience

Let the authorities investigate & hope truth prevails.
