Within 6 months of purchase Motherboard has failed, registered complaint on 16thdec, till now no resolution. No positive response from call centre , no calls from area office and escalation team, must say I have made a bad choice..

Every day I get a call, and they assure me for the resolution, but never called back in a day, and the very next day , I get a call back from a new guy with whom I have never been into any discussion. No calls from branch head, KAM. #Boycott Toshiba

I had purchased a product on 11th August and same was supposed to be delivered within a week, and it's been 10 days , product is not delivered.
Product is in Mumbai(my city) since 16th August, but still not delivered.
