@NPEIHydro Visiting family in Lincoln area
Third power outage in a month lasting hours each time
Last night, my parents’ basement flooded bc the sump pump lost power
Can they expect some monetary reimbursement to take care of the damage?
Are we going to have these issues continue?
@NPEIHydro Visiting family in the Lincoln area and now there’s another power outage, the third in a month
First one lasted 6.5 hours, second one two days ago lasted 4:15 and now we wait to see how long this one will last
What kind of third world nonsense is this? This is shameful
51% of the S&P 500's market cap is in stocks trading above 10x sales.
Half the index.
In 2002, after Sun Microsystems crashed 90%, CEO Scott McNealy famously said this about his own stock at 10x sales:
"At 10x revenues, to give you a 10-year payback, I have to pay you 100% of revenues for 10 straight years in dividends. Zero costs. Zero R&D. Zero taxes. Zero employees. What were you thinking?"
He was explaining why investors had been insane to pay it.
Today, half the S&P 500 trades there.
Different decade. Same math.
@Realfinancial2 With the closure of the strait of Hormuz, market fell 9%. So loss of 20% of global oil supply resulted in a 9% drawdown
And with the straits still closed, inflation increasing, global yields exploding, the market suddenly increases 14%!?
Risk is only to the upside in a Ponzi
New Ponzi datapoint just dropped
On January 20, 2026:
• Japanese 10 year rose to 2.34% (highest since Feb 1999)
• Oil was $60
>> S&P500 down over 2%
Today:
• Japanese 10 year spikes to 2.52% (highest since Jul 1997)
• Oil up 75% to $105
>> S&P500 up over 1%
@LOGIC_MacroReg@unusual_whales Less than 3% of the lower class own assets that would benefit from declining interest rates
They care about lower food prices
@NoLimitGains The S&P all time high is 7,002
Currently the S&P is at 6,848 or 2% below the ATH and the Ponzi brokers are labeling this “fear”
Everything is a scam
@zerohedge At yesterday’s close of 6,798, the S&P was just 3% below the ATH of 7,002
The “biggest shorting on record” and stocks were 3% off all time highs?
And with the S&P adding back 2% just today to 6,932, we’re now just 1% below the 7,002 high.
There’s just no fear in the market
