@3724Jardim Yes. I mean, scientists wouldn't have estimated a certain consumption of alcohol out of the blue. Thorough research from the gender, to age, medical history etc must have been done to come to this conclusion.
It is recommended that you everyone has at least 2/3 days off alcohol per week!
Heavy alcohol use is drinking as more than 4 drinks per day for men and as more than 3 drinks per day for women.

The thing is, people who experience mental disorders, distress and challenges hide it from their families for multiple reasons. Some of them being the humiliation, isolation and the mockery that comes with it.
So, how does one know when their weight is risky? Through the use of Body Mass Index. BMI indicates that a normal weight is 18,5 to 24,9; overweight is 25 to 29,9 and obese is 30 tons upwards. To be safe, keep monitoring your weight.
@ZComm3724 Mental disorders cause a dysfunction in a person's behaviour, which results in abnormal behaviour. That's when you will see that there is something wrong with the person. So maybe they will show withdrawal symptoms, irritability, loss of appetite, apathy etc.
