@SamsungUK Dear team, there is manufacturing defects in galaxy z flip 4 where the screen stops working every 7/8 months. I had repaired it once but it got screen issue again. When I am requesting this to be fixed under warranty your warranty support team is not ready to cover it.

@SamsungUK Hi, I have raised this to your warranty support team. For some reason they have invented wear and tear marks and made it an excuse to skip warranty cover. Your team is exceptionally talented in saying that this is not wear and tear and this is not done immediately
