@BestBuySupport Thank you, no. This has been resolved with me getting the purchase that I never received refunded. I would advise two things:
1) discuss with FedEx when they say you won't pay for delivery fees.
2) make it so items can be sent to PO boxes. That was the main problem at first.
I love @FedEx is so eager to throw @BestBuy under the bus. I ordered something from best buy, never shows up, even though FedEx marks it as delivered. I complain, FedEx dismisses me, saying it's been delivered, tough luck.
But wait... 1/
A few days later, I get a refund credit from best buy. I call, they say the item was physically returned to them. How, I wonder, if FedEx said it was delivered? I call FedEx, and they say Best Buy DIDNT WANT TO PAY FEES, so they returned it.
So either FedEx lied, or best buy did

DEAD. While I realize age may be a factor, this thing was NEVER USED. Im a bit shocked and disappointed, especially compared to my other shaver which is older and lasted a HELL of a lot longer.
