@WellsBlackerby@immigrationgirl@arnoblalam Literally, the only way to apply for an Employment based GC is if an employer finds your contributions valuable enough that they want to keep you. Lot of people don't find sponsors and go back. The ones who are here, are the ones whose contributions are valued by their employers.
@ConfusedImmigr1@schuttsm@stclairashley When you are worried about it, usually means that you know you are not performing at a level that you are expected to be at and hence see yourself as a target. Instead of blaming other people about it, you should think about upskilling. or adding more value.
@alexandre_lores@stclairashley Ahh please don't ask the hard questions. This is a fact free debate based on what Ashley thinks will get her the most views. Let's not digress from the real goals here.
@thatsKAIZEN@SamFc11 So you propose something be removed without even understanding what you are proposing. Even a basic search with minimal research would have informed you what a H4 EAD is for and who gets it.
@happysagg@Cloudwatch199@ShekarShaky S386 was championed by Mike Lee who was a Republican and had a lot of co-sponsors both R and D. 20 out of 36 co-sponsors were infact Republicans. Kamala Harris was one but so were Tom Cotton, Mitt Romney, Susan Colins. I like how you try to spin this story of yours.
@MunnaBhau133381 @balungatokaa @humansofh1b The point is that there probably should be limits based on a country’s priorities, however once the limit is decided, there should be no further quotas based on immutable chat
@immigrationgirl@anujchristian Isn’t there a difference between refusal and denial? I thought that there was terminology difference with different treatments for both.
@Jyothsnagrace @atalovesyou International students have to pay out of state rates for college fees when the income levels in those countries are much lower which multiplies the differential. Not sure what is the basis of your statement.
@MandarKasture@atalovesyou I don’t think there is an argument about the vast majority of low paying jobs here. We likely are discussing jobs in the top 10-15% of pay scales, and a vast majority of those are likely to be STEM or MBA level jobs.
@JiveTurkeyMags@vikashksharma@atalovesyou This is a standard “red herring” form of argument used by people who don’t really have an argument. A red herring fallacy is a form of logical fallacy or reasoning error that occurs when a misleading point is presented to distract from the main issue or argument.
@SangreDulce1 @SriGaussian Maybe educate yourself a bit on the available options. There has been countless options published that the admin and /or USCIS can take unilaterally without congress intervention.
@phoophaji11@raj_karnatak I just love people who comment without understanding what they are commenting on. There are things in life more important than the Dollar you are talking about. You will be surprised when you discover how much value people place on stability in life.
@CanadianFirst95@ball1_ball@DanielDiMartino It’s easier and clearer by several orders of magnitude. The difference is truly staggering. I have gone through both the processes and there is simply no comparison between the two.
