📍Under this agreement, a process will begin to withdraw"SDF" fighters (Syrians and foreigners) from the Aqtaan Prison and all its facilities, and transfer them toward the Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) area.

📍The withdrawal will take place exclusively with individual weapons, under the supervision of the relevant authorities. Units of the Syrian Arab Army, together with the competent security services, will assume control of Aqtaan Prison and all its facilities, including the section that houses detainees from the terrorist organization "ISIS," ensuring they are managed in accordance with Syrian laws.

📍This process covers approximately 800 fighters from the formations evacuating the site.
This step comes in response to international mediation efforts aimed at preventing military escalation in the area and ensuring a peaceful transfer of administrative and security authority in vital locations, in a way that serves the higher national objective of establishing full control over Raqqa Governorate and securing it against any threats.
