@easyJet advised to phone helpline about payment due next week if having issues but no calls being answered. Sent query online but advised could be 28 days before answered. Do not want to lose money because you have not gotten back to me.

@BELFASTCITY_AIR really poor service from your check in staff at Flybe. Issue with baggage and made to feel like I was in the wrong even though equipment was damaged. Have contacted airline but man on check in advised he didn't work for them so thought best to feed back to you.

I should also mention that our house is in an estate, can be found on GPS and I literally have the address sellotaped onto the window 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Hermesparcels very frustrating few days waiting on a parcel - not delivered as the driver has been unable to find the address. Told by online chat to wait in until 6pm. Have given our phone number to be passed to the driver 3 times to give directions yet no call.
