Correct and the facts are he primarily died from an overdose.

He refused to get in the cop car. Thus, a restraint was applied. The only issue is if the restraint was legal. No airway was constricted.

The next issue - you may not like to but it is how it is, the cop had protections given to Police, that protect them from the law.
