Thought I'd try an implementation & test my theory.

Testnets are usually discounted when comparing performance metrics of L1s with various justifications (many of which are valid).

But ... If a testnet had provable properties of a mainnet (geo distro, decentralized, secure, etc) & ran for months at load would you accept comparisons against mainnets as legitimate?
