@British_Airways can someone please help or advise. We booked and paid for seats on a flight to Malaga which was subsequently cancelled. We did not get our pre-booked seats on the alternative flights.

@InPostUK confirmed my return parcel is lost and apologised, they then advised me to go back and report it to the retailer @SportsDirectUK. @InPostUK then tell Sports Direct they never received the parcel in the locker. Guess who’s out of pocket!! Customer service at its worst!!

@O2 Customer service at its very worst. Charged in error for picture messages and it’s taken many weeks of waiting, many hours on the phone to the call centre and several broken promises that it has been sorted and it hasn’t. Still awaiting my refund!
