@JustEatUK - I spent £40 on two meals, dips and drinks from KFC. One of the meals was incorrect, both drinks wrong, all dips wrong and an additional item I paid for was missing. I was offered £16 credit 😅. Queried but told that was a final decision which is as good as theft imo.
I have today revived the most shocking service from @bt_uk who shut off my broadband and mobile package, charged me early cancellation despite me not requesting it and now tell me I have to resign to them and wait 2 weeks to have internet again.
@bt_uk 2 days later and I am now finally getting txts from @BT_Openreach who have sent two texts in a row meaning I cannot reply to the first one which is the one I need.
How is it this difficult to fix a problem Ken you caused @bt_uk? My last DM told me just to wait 48 hours! Awful.
@bt_uk And that’s why the service provided to me is particularly poor. BT have cancelled my contract for no reason and I have to suffer the consequences. It should be prioritised given the circumstances.
@bt_uk Hi Trevor, I was hoping so too but apparently they cannot do anything as it is @BT_Openreach who handle this. I have all the hardware in place so why can it not just be switched back on? Surely is that simple.
