Digital Knight/Gamer. Almost irrelevant. Social anxiety disorder practitioner because I usually have nothing to chirp about. Enough about me. How you doin'?
@PendragonArtA@SmashJT I agree but again it still is not necessary. Do I appreciate the efforts of mocapping. I do! But if they are mocapping entire scenes then it isn't a big deal to also include the cube character either. Let the actors do there job and act. If they did it you way. No issue either
@ScumbagHector@darkprometheus1@SmashJT Yeah but something different could be used. I remember years ago an idea floated around where a game could feature dynamic ads that can change on an in-game billboard as new advertisers pay for an ad
@PendragonArtA@SmashJT But mocapping humans is still unnecessary by your argument. Mocaping could even help the animation team. Less work for them to do which can allow them to focus on other aspects of the scene they want to bring to life
@PendragonArtA@SmashJT they are probably allowing the actor to act and give personality his character who happens to be a cube and the actor is using a prop to bring his character to life yet you refuse to acknowledge this even when I admit it isn't a necessity. But mocap itself isnt necessary either
@PendragonArtA@SmashJT Dude it is called using props. This isn't the first time anyone has done this. Ill say it again. Just because you think something may be wasteful doesn't mean it has no real purpose. To just say they are doing it to waste money is ridiculous argument.
@PendragonArtA@SmashJT Sure it isn't necessary just like it isn't necessary to mocap the other actors either. But for practically him wearing that gear can aid his performance because he can't move around like the other actors. He literally needs to move as if he were in cube form.
@PendragonArtA@SmashJT So they are wasting money to just waste money? Maybe there is a reason you never thought of before. It could have something to do for physics purposes. As stupid as it sounds the cube is active in combat and other movements in the game. Mocaping may give them more fluidity .
@PendragonArtA@SmashJT Nobody needs to mocap anything to make a game but it seems they have a reason to mocap a cube otherwise they wouldn't do it. It serves some type of purpose.
@Cirilla_FER@OrdinaryGamers So.....these colors must always be related to your argument? Artists can no longer use this color pallet even if they are innocent? Rockstar must change the logo to GTA 6 then. Opening scene and the flamingo scene from trailer 1 must be removed from the game without exception
@SmashJT OMG! Trans lighting? You said it. Once you see it, you can't unsee it, even if your opinion may be completely wrong because you are so sensitive that you have allowed the SJW wars to poison your powers of reason to be fair and objective and always will rush to a conclusion.
@EnLaIslaGrande@BoiledBrocoly@___Stingy___@Awk20000 Yeah she say something along those lines. It has been awhile since I heard the quote and I was busy at the time to find a clip of her saying such. Thanks for jogging my memory
@___Stingy___@Awk20000 I might add that what Kaceytron and Frogsn did may have been more egregious. Just because Denims won doesn't mean they would have won
@EnLaIslaGrande@BoiledBrocoly@___Stingy___@Awk20000 Unless she did actually put out a call to action that might be a reason why she won. Legit question: did she actually do so? My memory might be off lol.
@EnLaIslaGrande@BoiledBrocoly@___Stingy___@Awk20000 I don't know if she said "let's watch it together" but after thanking her audience she did say thanks for not giving the video a view. The way she worded her statement wasn't a call to action like the other statement. Clearly she didn't want the video to get views regardless
