@gharkekalesh Lufthansa staff in Heathrow Airport tore my check-in slip right before me because I didn't have a transit visa. Immediately she saw my Nigerian passport and asked if I have a shengen visa, I said no, she tore the slips immediately and asked me leave the queue. Very disrespectful
