“And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.” Acts 4:31
Colorism upholds this world’s racial hierarchy. The fact that Beyonce, Rihanna, Cardi B, Doja Cat, Ice Spice, and Mulatto all have light-skin isn’t coincidental.
Jay Z literally wrote a song entitled "lucifer" in which he literally thanks satan. Beyonce sings about using Bible verses as tampons in her song "Lemonade". But, their fans can't seem to fathom why Christians believe that they're devil worshippers. Delusion is a terrible thing.
Narcissists hate: your independence, your authenticity, your self-sufficiency, your joy that doesn’t involve them, your success that’s yours alone. Basically, they hate anything that proves you don’t need them.
If a narcissist targeted you, take note of what that actually means.
Narcissists don’t fixate on people they find unremarkable. They fixate on people who have something they want — confidence, talent, warmth, integrity, the kind of presence that draws people in naturally. Something they can’t manufacture in themselves.
The target isn’t chosen because they’re weak. They’re chosen because something about them registers as a threat to the narcissist’s ego, or as something they want to take.
Celebrity worship has had devastating effects on American popular culture. People no longer look up to the servants in their communities. They, now, look up to the ones who win the popularity contest on the web. Blind allegiance is common; even devil worship is overlooked.
If you don’t want a two-tiered society, you don’t want a two-tiered society. If you want equity and equality, you want equity and equality (across the board). Celebrity worship creates inequity.
