This is the same Gera who exposed Senator Rand Paul for getting the COVID-19 vaccine to attend a swanky party despite his attacks on Dr. Anthony Fauci. Clearly, Gera is moving in powerful circles because of his job, observing these powerful Republican politicians in environments where they feel safe to let their hair down.

It should be stressed that this is only an allegation and does not definitively prove that Hawley is a closeted gay man who married his wife to hide his sexuality. However, it would be in perfect keeping with broader behavior trends inside the Republican Party.

The late Senator Lindsey Graham was clearly gay and Hunter Biden recently stated there is a "closetocracy" in Washington D.C. He said that there is a "closeted gay mafia, largely Republican" in the federal government, and since they cant be who they "want to be" they end up taking it out "on the rest of the world."

During a conversation with Don Lemon, the former CNN host asked Hunter about the closetocracy and pushed him to name names. Hunter alluded to Hawley being gay, but didn't say it outright—

"I mean are you asking me if Josh Hawley is gay?" said Hunter. "Are you asking me if Stephen Miller is gay?"

In Hawley's case, he's a hardcore MAGA lawmaker who advocates for Christian Nationalism, a vile theocratic system under which his own alleged sexuality would be banned. He's also rabidly pro-Israel and has defended their genocide in Gaza.

Congress enacted a statute that makes it illegal for the president or the vice president to directly or indirectly request the initiation or termination of a tax investigation. There’s a potential five-year prison term for violating that statute.

Donald Trump would not have immunity from criminal prosecution for violating that statute in this case because he filed this lawsuit in his personal capacity. Therefore, negotiating the settlement was not an official act for which he has immunity as president.

So, in this case, he was negotiating essentially with himself. As Judge Williams said in Trump v. IRS—a case in which I’m one of the 35 plaintiffs who, through excellent lawyers, persuaded the court to reopen the case and find that this was not a genuine case—it wasn’t a real case or controversy that was legitimately in federal court. It was a collusive case brought for an improper purpose: to get a personal benefit for President Trump, his family, and his allies.

BREAKING: PANIC! Trump SCRAMBLES at the last minute to block court order exposing his tax returns and business documents in BBC lawsuit.

Donald Trump sued the BBC for $10 billion. Now that lawsuit is about to expose exactly what he doesn't want anyone to see, and he's panicking in real time.

A federal judge overseeing the case ordered Trump to hand over tax returns, ownership documents, and financial statements dating back to 2023 for the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust — the entity holding roughly 400 of his business entities. Trump had 10 days to comply. He waited nine of them, then asked the BBC for a voluntary extension. When they said no, his lawyers filed an "emergency" motion just one day before the deadline, desperately trying to freeze the order entirely.

Why the sudden panic? Because Trump's OWN lawsuit created this mess. He sued the BBC over a 2024 documentary that edited his January 6th speech, claiming it damaged "the value of his brand, properties, and businesses." That's exactly the language that opened the door to full financial discovery — Judge Enjoliqué Lett ruled the trust's records were directly relevant to assessing those claimed damages.

Now, realizing what he unleashed, Trump's team is scrambling to rewrite the complaint entirely, suddenly claiming he only wants damages for "reputational harm," not financial losses — even though he's still demanding a staggering $10 billion. BBC's attorney has already pointed out the obvious contradiction: Trump built his entire political brand around his supposed business success, so you can't claim reputational damage while hiding the finances that reputation is built on.

Trump's lawyers accused the BBC of having "political motivations" for wanting his financial records public. But Trump is the one who chose to sue. He's the one who claimed financial injury. And now that a judge has simply asked him to prove it, he's desperately trying to change the rules mid-game rather than open the books.

If Trump's emergency motion fails, his trust must hand over the records or face sanctions. Trial is set for February 2027, with the BBC also seeking to depose Trump under oath.

Sometimes the lawsuit really is the trap you build for yourself, and only someone as clueless as Dementia Donnie could not foresee the outcome of his litigation.
