@SixtAustralia You can’t even sort out a puncture, RACQ turned up pretty quickly but just put on the temporary wheel and told me it was up to me get it fixed. Customer service were useless and told me to go to a branch in Brisbane but no cars available. Got sent to another branch

@SixtAustralia seriously the most frustrating car hire I ever had. Picked my car on 17th December from Melbourne Airport. Found brake too sharp/tight. Now trying to contact Sixt Melbourne Airport no one picks up phone. Customer service can't get through as well.
