Absolutely fuming @MCRMetrolink @TFGMBeeNetwork both my wife and me 'tapped in and out' on Sunday when using the tram to attend the 10K n half marathon, but suddenly today noticed we've had £60 taken from our bank! No information as to why!? We both have fares showing paid too!!

@BeeNetwork Thanks for the number. Spoken to a very helpful lady who could see we've tapped in and out, BUT one of us used multiple devices during the day; tapped in with a watch and out with a phone! Even though the same card registered on both, it HAS to be the same device used every time
