To have a chef drink from a bottle of stout to then pour into the stew goes against basic health and safety and makes me feel sick. Why she couldn't just pour some into a glass rather than look like a lout and down from a bottle is unbelievable @thismorning

@premierinn No point .. we tried feedback and was offered one night stay free.. not even worth it.

[Sj Wyatt @SjWyatt6]

@premierinn absolutely awful stay. Staff rude. Restaurant closed with no reason given or alternative.. staff advised us to sit in car park and watch passing cars!. First come first served for rooms as no fresh linen. Called customer services who hung up on us. Do not use !! 😞

[Sj Wyatt @SjWyatt6]

@matthewinkent @PCCKent Well done.

[Sj Wyatt @SjWyatt6]

@YourSSE best customer service must be joke !!! or voted by themselves.. dont ever considering getting a smart meter from them..unfortunately it was too late for us and now trying to locate any form of customer service. Broken promises in every call.
