Meet Linda Rubiano!
I am native of South America and a resident of Pennsauken since 2005. My family moved to the US in search of a better future and we are proud to call New Jersey our home. Community engagement and environmental activism have been central to my upbringing.
Our State Committee of 6 would like to thank the roughly 5,000 voters in Camden County who took time to engage with us, ask us questions AND cast their vote for us. We are thrilled with our 5,000 votes. Thank you voters!
We didn’t prevail in winning but we did advance the cause of South Jersey Progressive Dems by listening to concerns and advocating for change. This is the model of democracy that we will continue to push for; reforming the NJ democratic party so that it will represent...
A short message from SJPD President @delany_kate offering gratitude, respect & solidarity to everyone that ran under the SJPD banner in this year's primary. Thanks for being about the movement. We'll talk next steps together very soon! #unplugthemachine

What do we say to the Camden County machine? 💪🤺
Best of luck to our statewide friends! May progressives pick up some wins! The movement marches on! Say it with us, folks—#unplugthemachine
That’s right, Camden County! Tomorrow’s the day. Vote Column 4 countywide and Column 5 for Clementon Progressive Democrats, @CollsDems, Merchantville Progressive Democrats & Sarah Vellner for #Lindenwold Borough Council!
Time for more podcasty goodness from me & @wfenza. Primary election is tomorrow so give it a listen for info on @CollsDems—what we’ve been working on & why we are off the line—and @Sjpd4C and why Camden County Dems should all vote Column 4. #4and5onJune8

We are excited to make two more endorsements for Camden Democratic State Committee, from the @Sjpd4C slate:
Linda Rubiano calls it as it is "The ballot line has contributed to lower voter turnout. This is voter suppression."

Candidates going to this length, w a giant, blown up ballot, all to make sure voters are ready to make an informed vote on June 8th—what more inspiration do you need to vote Column 5, Merchantville Progressive Dems? 😊💪#4and5onJune8
The #CamdenCounty ballot may be the most broken in the state: the same party line as everyone else combined w copycat slogans and recruited phantom candidates. But @JerseyDemocrats are enterprising & committed. Check out the Merchantville Progressive Dems w their giant ballot.
Voting in the Dem primary in Camden? There's a whole @Sjpd4C slate contesting the incumbents, from Column 4 on the infamous staircase ballot.
We've already endorsed @DStahl01 and are now happy to add Susan Druckenbrod! @1SuDru

Also from @Sjpd4C, we are excited to endorse Les Engels for Democratic State Committee in Camden County.
Here's his take on accessibility of candidates:"This is an absolute must. Bad government thrives on an uneducated constituency."
