Thumbail Designer needed for Talking head!

I have being hiring lately for Thumbnail Designers and Video Editors..

One thing i have realize is most people say they can do the work but when they do the trial, its trash

Others don't want to do it but want to get hired..
People have fancy portfolios and when they do a trial for you its all trash.

if someone recommends you, you wont have to do a test project but if not you have to do a trial for that..

the position is a long term and you want us to trust your old works...
