@FirstDescendant how to contact customer support regarding missing twitch drops? it says connected on twitch to nexon and to steam. I have claimed drops, get error when attemping login on website with steam profile. cant contact support via site

@UbisoftSupport i have been waiting for over a week on my case regarding not having access to my account because there is no 2FA mails getting through. How can this be called customer support when you don’t even interact with the customer at all. Distasteful.

@UbisoftSupport Thanks for the reply and while i would love to do that, i cannot since i cannot access the required account depths due to not receiving my 2FA codes. Hence why i cant disable 2FA all together.
