Guys - this makes us FURIOUS. Police have arrested Randal Basilio Santillan, 27, who is an illegal alien. He's charged in the brutal kidnapping and execution of Yessenia Gabriella Norman, 18, of Arizona.

Police say he st-bbed her 27 TIMES.
