In fact I have won 1st prize in eth global the graph track, It's my dream to visit devcon since 2021

After a hello lot of back and forth on email,

Im on the conclusion that @kucoincom is the worst crypto exchange in terms of customer service.

Here is what happened:
I withdraw USDT from kucoin back in December 2023 but they freezed my withdrawal saying it's under review.

I re attached all the proofs in the recent email, including a email from the sending exchange

I took a screenshot of email proof that the withdrawal was completed and sent to kucoin.

After a day they declared it as invalid and they only need a proof from exchange platforms withdrawal history.

Then I screenshot recorded a video where I downloaded the entire statement, and located the exact same withdrawal on the statement in the recording and forwarded back to @kucoincom CS.

According to them it's invalid,
Then I opened my email as we all get emails of withdrawals
