He was not falling down drunk, it seemed like he had been drinking but he was not beligient, he was respectful and just wanted to go home. I don’t believe it would of.

@SinghManSpeak @romeotrash @greg_boyd No. I have learned about this by hearing about the experiences my Black and Brown friends have with police compared to the experiences I have. They are targeted and profiled. He baited him into taking the breathalyzer. He was scared. He was respectful and just wanted to go home.

@SinghManSpeak @romeotrash @greg_boyd It is about race. Based on previous experience I don’t believe this would of happened to me as a white person. He was respectful and offered to walk home. He panicked when the officer started to cuff him. If I were Black I would of freaked, wondering what was going to happen
