@OldMutualSA I requested a section 14 transfer end of May. Nothing has happened since despite numerous calls and e-mails. Your service is pathetic! Help please!!
Thanks to Daily Maverick, we have some images of what is happening on the cattle vessel docked in Cape Town.
Animals are living in their own faeces. Having insufficient access to water and medical care. They are being transported to Iraq in the most cruel and deplorable conditions just so they can be slaughtered in accordance with their medieval religious practices.
This is completely unacceptable. We should be able to obtain a court injunction to stop the vessel from proceeding, remove the animals and have them humanely euthanized.
Where are our political leaders? Too busy eating their own body weight in food and counting their gold. 😡😡

It would seem the doomsday coalition of the ANC and EFF in eThekwini continues to pillage ratepayer funds having approved R10 940 000 (Ten Million Nine Hundred and Forty Thousand) in parties and events under the Community Services Committee led by Cllr Zamazulu Sokhabase.
The same committee struggles to fund the city’s clinics which are grossly under-maintained and underfunded yet provide critical health services and relief to our people.
Shameful and utterly disgusting.
When Gwede Mantashe says that load shedding "irritates society" he unwittingly gives us a perfect view of what senior ANC ministers think of the relentless destruction of the economy. To Mantashe and his untouchable cabal, it's all just an irritation.
I just love this quote from Larry Summers on the US dollar:“You cannot replace something with nothing. What other currency is preferable to the dollar as a reserve and trade currency when Europe’s a museum, Japan’s a nursing home, China’s a jail, and Bitcoin’s an experiment”?
Today DA-led Cape Town launched a R1,2 billion solar plant project to end load shedding. All while President Ramaphosa and his electricity minister have proposed no solutions to ending this crisis nationally as we teeter on Stage 8. The ANC is all talk while the DA takes action.

Dear @SATourismOnline - in case you don’t know, you work for us, we pay your salaries. If you smoke 💨 out and target 🎯 the whistleblower of your hare-brained scheme exposed by @dailymaverick, we will stand with them. We love ❤️ whistleblowers! (RT if you agree)
This is exactly what our current voting system enables. A party that could not even get 1% of the vote wins the Mayoralty. Voters must bear this in mind when they split their votes across myriad tiny parties. This is often the result.
SA Tourism wants to spend close to R1-billion to sponsor British soccer team. Just think what else can be done with that money! @LindiweSisuluSA must go!
