@annfaiymendes@mayarichardsun I get this because I’m the complete opposite. ‘98 so I’m Gen Z by definition, but grew up an only child surrounded by only much older cousins and adult family members. I’m visibly uncomfortable with people under 20 b/c I have a hard time relating and I feel bad about it.
@AmmoniteInk I was completely burned out by *middle school*. Couple that with then-untreated bipolar disorder, school was a nightmare for me and I’m still paying for it, financially and emotionally.
@TripleB_Roni @3DG3L0RDELECTRA This is some self prescribed martyrdom. Again, you aren’t helping anyone out with this rhetoric. “Workout and go outside” are decent lifestyles choices, but they aren’t a cure and the choice to do or not do them does not define someone’s right to exist free of judgement.
@TripleB_Roni @3DG3L0RDELECTRA But you aren’t helping. You’re concern trolling and helping absolutely no one with this rhetoric. Pass away already, no one needs the condescending “exercise cures depression uwu” energy here.
@oharakatie_ I would be disgusted if my partner kept the nudes of any previous partners? What a weird and stunted thing to do. If you still need your ex’s pictures in a different relationship, you’re clearly not over the ex and that’s sad. Get better soon.
@zedstonebloom Having undiagnosed Bipolar disorder made my school years hellish socially and marred with su*cide attempts. Now I’m in my 20’s, properly medicated, having the time of my life and considering going back to school bc I’m READY. HS isn’t everything.
@kamsufc Most of my teachers would still try to push me and assumed I was just milking my condition but he made a point of not making me feel gaslit to hell about something that genuinely ruined a lot of my school career for me. I still catch up with him sometimes.
@kamsufc Most of my PE teachers were garbage but my middle school PE teacher is actually still one of my favorite people. I was diagnosed with chronic migraines in 6th grade and he was actually the most accommodating and empathetic teacher I had. Always checked in and never pushed.
@_Juelz17_@monicabiihh@jordanmorgannnn And honey, I’ve been with my bf from him being 150 lbs, to 250 lbs, back to 160 lbs. I love him no matter what. I don’t love him for his body and I’m not going to throw him away because his depression caused issues for him. I’m going to love him and support him regardless.
@_Juelz17_@monicabiihh@jordanmorgannnn If the pinnacle of your love for someone is how attractive they are, then you don’t deserve reciprocation. You’re also willingly overlooking the toxic notion of “if you love me, you’ll do x thing”
@_Juelz17_@monicabiihh@jordanmorgannnn “If you loved me you would work out” is narcissistic and manipulative behavior. If he attraction for her solely revolves around looks, that’s not love. My bf doesn’t love me bc of my body, that’s just an added bonus. He loves me because of my whole self. Not this garbage.
@monicabiihh@_Juelz17_@jordanmorgannnn Also why would this be an ok response to someone talking about their weight or figure like??? “I’ve gained weight and it’s just not making me feel very good about myself “
“Yeah you’re right you need to lose weight so that I don’t cheat on you”
@_Juelz17_@monicabiihh @katieeepenceee @alanaauston@jordanmorgannnn I’ve told my bf that the 10lbs I gained during this time was hard for me and I didn’t feel good about it. Instead of berating me, bf said I’m still beautiful and motivated us to get back to the gym when it opened together. This convo is manipulative and selfish as hell.
