Since then the compliance dept has blocked my new a/c.
Now I want to close the a/c but the bank is making me run in circles. The state bank of India now seems like luxury.

The delivery boy did not bring any change while doing COD delivery and then on pretext of bringing change of AED 30/- from driver, disappeared & hasn't come back with my money.

Frankly your bank is worse than Stare Bank of India which till now was the worst bank experience for me but I am glad that Emirates NBD has surpassed that experience.
