During Senate estimates last week I asked the Therapeutic Goods Administration a range of questions regarding the extent to which placebo controlled trials have been conducted on the products on the childhood immunisation schedule.

Today, Senator Alex Antic lodged a Motion for an Order for the Production of Documents in the Senate, requesting the release of all documents related to the Therapeutic Goods Administration’s (TGA) COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Monitoring Plan, published in February 2021.

This is Minister Katy Gallagher’s excuse for why Labor opposes releasing these documents.

They continue to deny the reality of COVID-19 vaccine-related injuries and deaths.

We need a Royal Commission NOW!

Australia has signed the World Health Organisation's "pandemic agreement," which could pave the way for international obligations to adhere to the WHO's advice.

This is concerning given how much of the WHO's advice was misguided during the COVID era.

Why are we speedily signing onto this agreement when there hasn’t even been a proper review of the disastrous impact of COVID restrictions?

The numbers don’t lie.

Western Australia (WA) operated as an isolated state of Australia until February 5th 2022. They locked their borders to the rest of Australia and the world.

They vaccinated their people with Novel Covid-19 jabs in the absence of Covid-19 community transmission. This makes their adverse event data unique and important in a global context.

WA reported a total of just 1,158 cases of the virus in 2020 and 2021, with a population of 2.7 million people.

The WA Vaccine Safety Surveillance annual report for 2021 highlights the severely heightened risk of adverse events from COVID-19 vaccines.

For 2021 the adverse event rate for all non-COVID vaccines in WA was 11.1 per 100,000 doses. For COVID-19 vaccines the adverse event rate was 264.1 per 100,000 doses.

The risk of adverse event per dose in Western Australia was 23.79 times greater for COVID-19 vaccines than all other vaccines combined.

My concern is the damage to trust in science that occurs when you say “take this vax or you can’t work”, while overstating the effectiveness and then demonising people who didn’t want to take it as dangerous (they weren’t)
