The fourth day now that this lorry has been broken down, blocking one lane of the peninsula road by Juba Barracks. No warning triangle and surely no fire extinguisher. No SLP or traffic wardens either. Maybe the atmosphere hasn’t been conducive enough. #SierraLeone
