Hey, @ubersl - my driver was literally 200m from my pick up point & cancelled on me. If I have to pay "inconvenience fees" for when I cancel because a driver "can't find me", do I get charge them when I'm late for work because of this? #shittyservice

@munza14 @PickMeLK @ubersl has the same issue. I've found recently it'll say "2 min away", then suddenly "finding you a driver". Was recently charged for cancelling a trip because the driver was "there"; he was nowhere near & kept driving away 😳
