Getting ready to creatively unleash in 2023. It will all be for the open #Bitcoin networks greater good. I will only work with quality projects that move us forward. I will work for free with the best of those but always happy to be paid, bitcoin only of course!
This was either a very stupid or very cruel move, to publicly name a bitcoin developer and not only claim that she lacked knowledge but also dox her personal finances, in an interview where she wasn't present to give her own perspective. And the irony being that Jeff is not somebody with deep technical knowledge of how Bitcoin works as software.
Who does that? Just say you run Knots, and leave other people out of it. Or learn something about how code actually works and voice your own opinion about it. Very bad way to go 😒
Trump and Musk are aware that their peace plan is failing miserably and was never viable, so they are scapegoating Ukraine for their own shortcomings. Don’t be misled; it is russia, not Ukraine, that is unwilling to pursue peace
BREAKING: Trump now reportedly wants Ukrainian President Zelensky to give up part of Ukraine’s land to Russia, hold elections, and possibly resign in order to receive U.S. aid, per NBC.
How about holding Putin to the same standard? How about making Putin give up part of Russia, hold elections without jailing, killing, or poisoning his opponents, and asking him to resign?
Zelenskyy made two crucial mistakes: he simply should've never started Russias invasion of his own country and he shouldn't have interrupted Vance's insults with facts
JUST IN: New peer reviewed research on Bitcoin Mining & Energy shows strong, varied, environmental benefits arise from Bitcoin mining using wasted, surplus and renewable energy.
https://t.co/LYXyJ1UXfb
Published in Digital Business, Impact Factor 6.29 (high)
Findings:
1. BTC mining can "promote cleaner energy use and reduce the carbon footprint of energy production"
2. By using renewable or stranded sources, Bitcoin mining "creates new business opportunities that align economic incentives with sustainability goals"
3. Bitcoin mining is not "an isolated energy-intensive activity, but as a flexible mechanism that can complement sustainable energy practices"
4. Bitcoin mining "aligns with the circular economy principle of maximizing resource utilization and minimizing waste"
5. Significant limitations were found in first generation studies on Bitcoin mining
Previous studies that focused on [Bitcoin's environmental drawbacks] "often show inconsistencies, largely because they rely on two predominant methods for estimating BTC's energy consumption: the Cambridge Bitcoin Electricity Consumption Index (CBECI) and the Digiconomist Index.
[Both] models have significant limitations due to their reliance on unverified or generalized assumptions, such as uniform electricity costs... Additionally, both models face challenges related to the extrapolation of limited or outdated data
Where the article fits in the overall literature:
The article adds to a growing Scientific Consensus, where 15 of the last 17 peer reviewed works on Bitcoin and Energy found positive environmental externalities from Bitcoin mining

Putin can’t believe his luck. Here is Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov on Trump: “The new administration is fast changing all foreign policy configurations…This coincides with our vision in many ways.”
Trump now backs dictatorship, not democracy. We cannot allow that to stand.
So glad that Bitcoiner's are not a monoculture because I will never stand with those who love the shitcoin appeaser in chief.
Sovereign individuals 'should' stand with countries that wish to be sovereign and not with raping, murderous authoritarians. IMHO.
If you want to stop World War Three, think what would have stopped World War Two.
Occupation of the Ruhr. Anschluss with Austria. Annexation of Sudetenland. Hitler could have been stopped each time.
But fear of war led to war.
Don’t repeat the mistake.
