@virginmedia They needed to send a second engineer but they only told me that 1 day before the installation was due! The cable has now been installed today but I have to wait until the 27th for final installation! Another 2 weeks!

@virginmedia we’ve wasted another day of annual leave as this is the second time my installation has been pushed back, by the time it’s installed it will be 6 weeks from order! So much for NHS priority! Ordered in plenty of time for the football but not now. Not good enough!
