asides the “10x rule”, while purchasing items worth hundreds of thousands or millions, another rule i use is “how soon can i make back the money?”, not “can i afford it?”

i could buy a house on the island tomorrow or even buy two; one at yaba and one in lekki but then…

if i use $100k or $150k buy house tomorrow, i should have plans of making it back before May ends, but i have none.

haven’t felt the need to trade even, since yesterday(and i might remain same until next week)
