He started crying.

For me, I couldn’t care for the wage. I knew what it was when I started my training 6 years ago.

Safety has since dropped.

It’s about safely staffing departments, giving an incentive to come into nursing and valuing the nurses you employ.

They are often ambivalent about living/dying & only want to end a sense of suffering and hopelessness. Limiting access to lethal means can reduce suicide rates.
