BREAKING: President Biden drops a bomb on MAGA world ahead of the debate by announcing that his administration has lowered the costs of 64 prescription drugs — a stunning victory for the American people.

And it gets even better...

The White House announced that some beneficiaries of Medicare will save on 64 prescriptions for the third quarter of the year as a direct result of a program to rein in price hikes.

Biden's Inflation Reduction Act — which more and more looks like one of the most important pieces of legislation in American history — was passed in 2022 and requires drug companies to pay rebates to Medicare if drug prices spike faster than inflation on some drugs.

"Without the Inflation Reduction Act, seniors were completely exposed to Big Pharma’s price hikes. Not anymore," said White House domestic policy advisor Neera Tanden.

Some of the drugs include ones used for cancer treatment programs, those used to fight osteoporosis, and some to combat dangerous infections, which is to say drugs that should never be price gouged.

Health officials stated that over 750,000 people with Medicare use the drugs in question. People with Medicare can save more than $4,500 a day thanks to the rebate.

President Biden is saving lives. If Trump gets back into power, he'll do everything he can to boost the profits of pharmaceutical companies at the expense of suffering Americans.

BREAKING: Music icon John Legend rips into Donald Trump with a fiery takedown for being a racist "to his core" and then brings the receipts to prove it.

This is what courage looks like...

"When we protested the killing of George Floyd, he was advocating for the military to shoot us in the streets," said Legend during an appearance on MSNBC. "He has made it clear throughout his life that he believes Black people are inferior. Like, he believes that, to his core, in his bones."

Legend drew attention to the fact that Trump refused to rent some units in his buildings to Black Americans in the past, a blatant policy of discrimination that was described by the FBI in 2017.

The singer added that Trump "believes in a genetic hierarchy of humanity, and it’s racially determined."

"He is a tried and true, dyed-in-the-wool racist,” said Legend. "In the core of his being, he is a racist. So I don’t want to hear what he has to say about what he’s done for Black people. He’s done very little for us, and he is, at his core, truly, truly a racist."

Legend will hit the campaign trail for President Biden later this year and he says that the choice is "very clear."

BREAKING: Fox News enrages its MAGA viewers by cutting away from a disastrous Trump speech as right-wing host Neil Cavuto trashes Trump's lies, saying that he's "entitled to his opinions, he’s not entitled to his own set of facts."

But it gets so much worse for Trump...

"I mean no offense to him or some of you might want to continue to hear him but I did have to say that even though the former president is entitled to his opinions, he's not entitled to his own set of facts," said Cavuto, as Trump's face was reduced to a small box on the side of the frame.

"The market has indeed been going up but having nothing to do with him and everything to do with this aggressive cut in interest rates or just a hike in interest rates, it has stabilized inflation," Cavuto went on.

"And of course the whole artificial intelligence phenomenon that has benefited Nvidia and a host of companies that are making moeny hand over fist so that — whether you want to give Biden credit for that — it has nothing to do with Donald Trump," he said.

But Cavuto wasn't done there. He unleashed a string of brutal fact-checks, tearing through Trump's pathetic stream of lies and popping the insulated information bubble that Fox News voters live in.

"Furthermore, he mentioned about gas prices out of whack, $6 a gallon. The national average right now is $3.26 a gallon," said Cavuto.

"He went on to talk about the 2020 election and how that was rigged," added Cavuto. "This has been adjudicated many many times, dozens of times. It's been investigated by everyone and his uncle no fewer than forty-four investigations launched, some of them by judges that were picked by Donald Trump himself that found no evidence of that in the seven battleground states where most of them were focused."

Wow. If not even Fox News — a network that exists solely to pump out conservative propaganda — is turning against Trump's lies, he is in serious trouble come November.
