@ANNAMoneyUK @1stCentral Today I have been told that the dispute on 21 INSURANCE FRAUD!!! transactions from my account on the 24th November has been rejected! I am seriously angry. I am now £1000 down and have no other way to communicate other that on here!

@ANNAMoneyUK …today another transaction came out of my ANNA account from one of the fraudulent insurance payments @1stCentral if this hd been reported as fraud why is this coming out again. No one seems to be able to assist and I am deeply upset. I cannot afford to lose more.

@ANNAMoneyUK I am absolutely disgusted by the response I have been given by ANNA. On the 24th November my ANNA Money business account was a victim of 21 fraudulent insurance transaction within the soave of an hour leaving me -£1000. It is now 4th Jan and still no update!!

@1stCentral They say the dispute has been rejected so it has been taken out again. I didn't take the policy out so have no details! On the 24th Nov my bank was frauded 21 different insurance policies none of which I applied for. I will message you

@1stCentral I need help, my bank was a victim of insurance fraud 24th Nov. Bank changed my card, policy has came out again this month. Not able to speak to anyone due to ‘not having a policy’
