@asksalesforce@salesforce Can you honestly say that selling to a small business with no-one to assist with such a complex system is ethical? And not let them cancel after a few days when they realise this? It seems that the focus really is only on sales
@asksalesforce@salesforce I'm just astounded at the lack of joined up departments @salesforce and I really struggled for any information regarding ending my subscription mis-sold to me. Quick to sell while omitting important information. Not suitable for small business with no IT department
