@TeamYouTube My channel (https://t.co/K3Dt6uj146) was terminated for spam, deceptive practices and scams policy. However I believe this was a mistake because I only posted videos like sing if you would eat it. These did not contain any spam. Please review my channel again.
Youtube destroyed my life...? 💔
This is my recap of my year 2025 as a YouTube creator. And I'm a small 3d Animator..
At the start of this year, I used to work on multiple channels where I worked hard to create animated videos. I used to sit 12–15 hours a day, and it took 3–6 days to complete a single video.
Things were going well, and with my small team, we were working smoothly and were completely dependent on our hard work. We ran channels that had 1,500,000+, 1,000,000+, and a few other channels as well.
But after April, YouTube started removing monetization from animation channels using their AI, saying "Harmful content involving minors."
There are no minors or real humans involved in these channels only animals and fantasy characters used in animations. Firstly, there is a reason these videos are uploaded on YouTube and not YouTube Kids. Also, in every video, there is a disclaimer stating intended for 13+ age, and that no real humans are involved and everything is fantasy and for entertainment purposes only.
This was devastating and heartbreaking to me 💔 because not just one channel, but 3–4 channels were affected for the same reason. These were not small channels some had more than a million subscribers like 1.5M+, 1.06M+, 700K+, and so on.
All this happened in April and May, in just 2 months of 2025 💔. Years of work, time, and revenue were gone everything was gone (YouTube does not want to give monetization to these channels).
After that, I tried to recover myself✌️and started working with other channels. In June 2025, one of my channels was hacked. I thought I had lost everything, but @TeamYouTube support really helped me and recovered my channel and gave it back within 5 days.
Later, things were going good…
Until September, when one of our channels was terminated on September 12 for SPAM/SCAM. I don’t even know what that was or why our channel was terminated for spam/scam. I appealed and contacted support, and they told me to wait. I waited, and on the 8th day, I contacted support again. Another support agent told me the review was done and the termination was correct all of this was done in 10 minutes 🙂 (This is automated).
Later, on the 10th day, YouTube actually did a human review and reinstated my channel on September 22 (this was before the @edermanch @deephumor wave, and they actually gave real human reviews back then).
Me and my brothers were recovering ❤️🩹 from this, and I thought @YouTube would not unfairly terminate innocent creators or punish them all it takes is a human reviewer in these cases.
But 💔 on November 13, another channel was terminated (this was in the same animated niche as the previously terminated channel), but things were different this time. No human review. Reasons kept changing. All we received were automated email templates and DMs. They said a human review was taking place, but we got rejections within 2 minutes. (same channel which was hacked and recovered)
I’m already broken and unable to understand or sleep anxiety depression has broken me to the core….
And on December 5th, the channel that was terminated and reinstated was demonetized 💔😑.
They removed monetization again, saying "Harmful content involving minors," even though there are no minors fully animated videos with game characters and brainrot characters only.
This is how I’m ending my year with broken memories. And I chose YouTube instead of an actual job 🙃.
And I love @YouTube ❤️.
@TeamYouTube My channel was terminated but I believe I didn’t violate any policy. My appeal was rejected. Kindly help with a fair manual review. This channel means a lot to me and I will strictly follow all guidelines. Please reconsider 🙏 URL: https://t.co/YKUis2LPtu

😡 93 days have passed — and still not a single word.
And what’s even more frustrating is this:
Every single “review” I received — the termination, the appeal, the follow-up message, even the so-called “policy team confirmation” — all of them were processed by the same automated system that made the original mistake.
It wasn’t a human review.
It wasn’t a policy specialist.
It wasn’t a manual investigation.
It was the same automated classifier looping back on itself, repeating the same wrong verdict with zero new information, zero evidence, and zero human oversight.
Even the latest message saying “the policy team looked into it” is identical to the automated closure messages sent to thousands of creators — same wording, same structure, same timing, same absence of proof.
This is not what a real human review looks like.
This is automation masquerading as policy enforcement.
What happened to my channel is the equivalent of an automatic shutdown followed by an automatic denial — a closed feedback loop where the machine reviews its own decision and confirms its own mistake, with no human ever stepping in.
No human saw my content.
No human checked the videos.
No human reviewed my explanations.
The system simply ran the same script again and stamped the same error onto my appeal.
I’m saying this clearly:
I want a real, full, human review, not another automated response from the same malfunctioning system that caused the problem in the first place.
Every day of these 92–93 days without a human reply makes it painfully clear that the internal review process is stuck in the same automated loop that misclassified my channel. There’s no transparency, no clarity, and no attempt to provide even the minimum level of evidence that any creator deserves.
Let me explain why this silence feels so unfair:
My channel was terminated instantly under a violation that doesn’t match my content, my history, or anything I’ve ever uploaded. No reused content. No automation. No spam-like behavior. No shortcuts. Just structured, researched, original educational content.
Yet the system flagged my work incorrectly — and what’s even more shocking is that the appeal was reviewed within seconds, faster than any human could read a single title, let alone analyze an entire channel.
Now I’m stuck in this loop:
❌ No timestamps
❌ No examples
❌ No detailed explanation
❌ No video references
❌ No single piece of actual evidence
Just vague labels like “Spam,” “Automation,” and “Circumvention”…
None of which align with my content or behavior.
93 days of asking respectfully for clarity.
93 days of hoping someone human would step in.
93 days of checking replies, refreshing notifications, and waiting for any sign that someone actually looked at my case.
But instead, what I’ve gotten is complete silence — the silence that only happens when automation handles everything, even when it’s wrong.
This isn’t about policy anymore.
This is about a broken process that refuses to acknowledge its own mistakes.
So here’s my request — and my right:
🔴 I need a real human review.
🔴 I need one clear explanation.
🔴 I need one timestamped example — just one.
🔴 I need someone to check why my appeal was auto-denied in seconds.
🔴 I need someone to verify whether an automated classifier misjudged my channel.
Because this isn’t just about a decision.
It’s about fairness.
It’s about creators being treated like real people, not tickets in a machine.
It’s about trust in a platform that millions rely on.
@TeamYouTube — please look at the replies here.
Look at the evidence I provided.
Look at the timeline.
And please, just let a human being review what happened.
93 days in, and I still believe this can be fixed.
But I can’t fix it alone.
You need to look into this.
