@AskPS_UK Turns out the magic trick is refuse to speak to 1st line support and get a supervisor to sort it. After 5 calls, the issue was sorted in 20 minutes, despite not providing any information I hadn't already repeatedly given. Doesnt seem like your staff is very well trained, at all.
