Mi mayor decepción laboral fue entender que no basta con hacer bien tu trabajo o con amar lo que haces.
A veces, si no encajas, no caes bien, o no te alineas con el ego de quien lidera, todo tu esfuerzo deja de ser suficiente, incluso cuando das lo mejor de ti.

Functional depression is real. You work, joke around, you show kindness, take care of people around you. But mentally you're drowning in your own thoughts but still smiling and nobody knows it
There is a disturbing mentality in some workplaces that employees should remain composed while leadership is permitted to provoke, belittle, intimidate, or speak recklessly and the moment the employee responds, suddenly the employee’s “attitude” becomes the issue.
Your body can literally reject someone's energy. Your anxiety will act up anytime someone's bad energy disturbs your spirit. Listen to your spirit.....

I hate being tired after work. I hate not having energy to do things, and there is no amount of taking vitamins or eating healthy etc that can make up for the fact that working is an exhausting experience.
Working in corporate for about a year made me realize that incompetent people like incompetent people. They don't like competent people, because it brings them face to face with what they pretend to be, but aren't.
