I don't think the Prosecution proved their switching theories beyond a reasonable doubt. That's my opinion. You can have yours.

Also the "not guilty" verdict is on the table. And that's why Red asked for bifurcated trial (split trial) to not have to argue both.

@Vince524 @Kfastlove The evidence they presented and that we as online audience watched didn't prove their timeline behond a reasonable doubt imo. There are gaps in the TL, there are unclear digital footprints, there is just too much possibility as to what and when things happend. Imo.

@Vince524 @Kfastlove We can't take anything she says as evidence. It's unfortunate that their own cameras in the house didn't work that specific day. The timeline has gaps. The whole case should've been investigated better to not have to rely on words. They deserved better imo.

I said that it's not a lot of time and that she could've planned for more time to make sure she doesn't get disturbed for whatever reason. For example pick a different cvs with the excuse the local one "doesn't have it".
