BREAKING: A new FAA proposal could clear one of the biggest bottlenecks slowing SpaceX launches

The FAA wants to streamline commercial space licensing and let the Secretary of Transportation waive requirements under 13 federal laws when they are not needed to protect public health, safety, property or national security.

In plain terms, the agency is seeking the power to waive environmental laws and reviews that have repeatedly delayed launch approvals.

SpaceX has been the company most affected. Starship launches at Starbase have been held up by lengthy environmental assessments, so faster approvals would directly lift its launch cadence.

The rule applies across the commercial space industry and is open for public comment for 30 days.

The moment two skydiving planes collided mid-air, forcing the pilots and passengers to jump to safety.

The collision occurred in November 2013 near Lake Superior in Wisconsin. According to skydiving instructor Mike Robinson, the two small Cessna aircraft were flying in close formation so the skydivers could make a coordinated jump. Video footage captured the dramatic moment the planes struck each other in midair, with one aircraft erupting in flames.

Firefighter Vern Johnson later recounted that the lead pilot reported hearing a loud bang and seeing his windshield shatter before he bailed out. The aircraft broke apart in the sky, but because it was carrying skydivers prepared to jump, everyone on board was able to deploy their parachutes and reach the ground safely.

卢沟桥事件
众所周知，1937年7月7日晚上，在卢沟桥有不明身份的人，在黑暗中向演习的日军开枪射击，这个开枪的人，至今仍身份不明，日本人、国军人士、苏俄代理势力，都有嫌疑。

7月22日，中日联合调查队在卢沟桥和八宝山的中间地带，发现了一群男女学生在野地上放鞭炮、伪装枪声。当时联合调查队穿 的是便衣，那群青年学生以为调查队只是平民，他们对调查队说：“我们是受命于北方局来干的，你们别捣乱！” （参上海译文出版社《今井武夫回忆录》第44页）

众所周知，“北方局”，就是苏俄代理势力。

为什么放鞭炮、伪装枪声？因为有人要引发中、日两军（国军第29军 vs 日本中国驻屯军）更大的军事冲突。

目前还不能肯定卢沟桥七七当晚的冷枪是苏俄代理人放的，但是，苏俄代理人常常干同等的事，这一点，依据众多的第一手史料，已经毫无疑问。

时任国民革命军第29军副参谋长的张克侠，在晚年有如下的回忆：“……我在1929年就入了地下党。1937年4月，肖明同志给我发了一个指示文件：对日本，要积极开展作战，以攻为守，争取主动，将驻扎在华北地区的两万多名日本兵、一股气赶出去……解放后，组织的上级领导同志让王世英找我，要我交还这个指示文件的原件……” 这则史料，出自《北京文史资料选编》第9辑第105页张克侠《在西北军中从事党的地下工作的经历》。

为何要收回这份指示文件的原件？因为心虚、害怕后世人得知真相。为什么心虚呢？因为在1937年4月的时候，蒋介石仍然在做对日本全面大战的军事准备，准备工作尚未完成，苏俄代理组织接受苏俄的指示、不顾一切、制造一切事端，迫使国民党军队和日本军队尽量早日爆发大战，这样，一来可以缓解苏俄东面的军事压力，二来它的代理组织，可以从此获得休养生息、渔翁得利的机会。

在国难当头的时候，国内各种逐鹿势力狗咬狗，并不惜咬伤外人、栽赃国内政治对手，甚至引发中外大战，这些政客都在所不辞。这是某一些所谓 “爱国运动” 的历史真相。
